Returns Information

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase!

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unwanted items to us for an exchange or refund, within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the postage cost of the return.

Unwanted/Unsuitable Item(s):

  • We ask that you return your items unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Please include your original dispatch note, to enable us to process your return efficiently.
  • Clearly indicate on your dispatch note, if you wish us to refund or exchange your order.
  • If you would like an exchange, please let us know the size and style you would like us to exchange your item(s) for.
  • Securely re-package item(s) being returned, and post to the address below.
  • Remember to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility for returned item(s) that are lost in transit.

We aim to process all refund and exchange requests within 1-2 working days of receipt, and you will receive an email to confirm when this has been completed.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement.

Goods purchased on other websites (e.g. Amazon.co.uk, Tesco.com) must be returned via the website they have been purchased from, in accordance with their refund procedures.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Item(s):

We work hard to ensure that our customers are happy with the quality of our products, however on occasions your order may unfortunately fail to meet your expectations.
