GIFT OPTIONS AND INFORMATION
At Dotty Fish, we cherish the special moments in life and our range of soft leather baby shoes, suede slippers, cotton booties and bibs make wonderful gifts. We offer gift wrapping in various colours along with personalised message cards, making gift-giving simple and thoughtful.
GIFT WRAP
Gift wrap is available for all products and can be selected at checkout. Choose from a variety of coloured ribbons, and rest assured that your items will be carefully wrapped in a recyclable Kraft gift box, lined with our Dotty Fish doodle tissue paper. For our boxed Rubber sole shoes, we use white pearlized paper, finished with your choice of ribbon.
If you would like items wrapped separately, please indicate this in your order notes at checkout. We do not include any pricing on our delivery notes. Please note, our gift boxes are too large to fit through a letterbox.
GIFT MESSAGE
Add a personal touch with a gift message, which can be selected at basket. You have up to 160 characters to craft your heartfelt message. Each message is hand-written on one of our charming Dotty Fish doodle cards, perfect for colouring in, making your gift even more special! This thoughtful addition is completely free, and you don't need to order gift wrap to include a gift message.
GIFT MESSAGING FAQ’S:
Yes, if you have received our shoes as a gift and they're unsuitable in size or design, simply get in touch with us at [email protected], and we can arrange an exchange for you. Unfortunately, refunds can only be made with proof of purchase, to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.
No, we do not include any pricing in our gift orders, and there is no pricing on our delivery notes. You will still receive an order confirmation email with all your order details, as well as a dispatch email once your order has been processed.
