General Information
Our orders are carefully packed in Dotty Fish paper mailing bags featuring our signature Dotty Fish doodle print. Our paper mailing bags are biodegradable, recyclable and reusable. Some international orders may also be sent in recyclable plastic mailers where additional protection is needed during transit.
We aim to dispatch orders placed within 2 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a dispatch confirmation email. Where available, this will also include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
You can then track your order directly through the link in your email or by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, at any time on Saturday or Sunday, or on a UK public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive full tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email, along with delivery updates directly from Royal Mail.
Please note: Royal Mail Special Delivery requires a signature on delivery, so someone will need to be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.
