* Royal Mail Strike Action throughout December will cause delays to estimated delivery times and may affect last postings dates. Unfortunately, these delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond our control, so please allow extra time for your order to reach you.

GENERAL INFORMATION

We happily deliver internationally, and are proud to have sent our baby shoes and slippers to over 105 countries across all continents! All our products are sent out in our Dotty Fish paper mailing bags which have our signature Dotty Fish Doodle on them. They are fully bio-degradable, recyclable and reusable. 

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed using our Standard or Tracked delivery services within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive an email from us to confirm when we have dispatched your order.

Delivery prices are inclusive of VAT.


DELIVERY FAQ'S


Are duties and taxes liable on international orders?

Rest assured all duties and taxes are included in your order total. If your order is above a certain value we may ship in more than one parcel. You will not be charged additional postage for this. If you are notified that money is owed, please get in touch with us using our Contact Form and we will help you resolve the issue.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

We know that you want your Dotty Fish order as soon as possible and we do our utmost to get deliveries out quickly, using reputable delivery partners who are able to deliver to your area as quickly as possible. The times above are a guide and occasionally things take a little longer than expected. If your order hasn’t arrived up within the specified timeframe please give it a couple more days. If it still hasn’t reached you please get in touch using our Contact Form and we will look into it for you.

Royal Mail Next-day Delivery:

Royal Mail Special Delivery orders placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 1pm Friday, anytime Saturday, Sunday or on a UK public holiday, will not be sent out until the next working day. You will receive full tracking information with your dispatch confirmation email, along with updates directly from Royal Mail. This service will require someone to be available to accept the order.

Where can I track my order?

If you have chosen a tracked delivery service, you will receive tracking information with your dispatch confirmation email after your order has been processed. Orders sent with Royal Mail Tracked will also receive email updates directly from Royal Mail. All orders sent with Deutsche Post that are being delivered outside of Germany can also be tracked through the main postal service for the destination country. Please get in touch with us using our Contact Form if you have any problems tracking your order.

Who will deliver my parcel?

All orders will be delivered by your local domestic postal service. Our delivery partners process the orders in the UK or Germany, then hand your order over to local postal services.

My country isn’t listed. How do I find out if you ship to me?

At Dotty Fish we happily ship internationally but unfortunately some constraints exist where shipping is not possible in these countries. We continue to work with our delivery partners to ensure we ship to as many countries as we can. We regularly update these so if your country isn’t listed please check back because we may start shipping there in the future.
