We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unwanted, unworn items to us for an exchange or refund, within 30 days of receiving your order.
UNWANTED / UNSUITABLE ITEM(S)
- We ask that you return your items unused, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your dispatch note or a copy of your order confirmation email, to enable us to process your return efficiently.
- Clearly indicate on your dispatch note, if you wish us to refund or exchange your order (along with the size/style you would like your item (s) exchanged for).
- Securely re-package item(s) being returned, and post to the address below. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage cost of the return.
- Remember to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility for returned item(s) that are lost in transit.

We aim to process all refund and exchange requests within 3-5 working days of receipt, and you will receive an email to confirm when this has been completed. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement.

There are two return options available in our returns portal. Please note that your return is not free of charge.
Create a returns form to include within your return and a self-post label. This can then be used to return your item using your chosen postage method. Please make sure that the barcode and order number are not covered and are clearly legible and make sure to include the printed returns form in your package.
Pay directly with Ezi Returns:
You can pay for your return directly within our Ezi Returns portal and then drop it off at a drop-off location indicated by Ezi Returns. Please make sure the barcode and order number are not obscured and are clearly legible. Please also include the printed return form in your package.
To complete your return, you will need the following information: Return ID or Order Number, email address, shipping address, Item name/size (found on your delivery note or order confirmation), returns reason.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM(S)
We work hard to ensure that our customers are happy with the quality of our products, however on occasions your order may unfortunately fail to meet your expectations. If this is the case, use our Contact Form to get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

We want to make sure that every pair of shoes we send our are in perfect condition! Unfortunately, we are unable to resell any shoes that get returned to us that are not in that same condition. Where possible we will send these shoes to charity, however most have to be destroyed. Please help us to reduce waste by taking care when your little ones are trying their shoes for the first time by making sure feet (or socks) are clean and always try on indoors on a clean surface.
Unfortunately, on occasion we may be unable to refund items that are unsellable and return them back to you.
Yes, if you have received a Dotty Fish product for your little one as a gift and it’s unsuitable in size or design, please get in touch using our Contact Form and we can exchange it for you. Unfortunately, refunds can only be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.
Here at Dotty Fish we make every effort to ensure your order is of the highest quality and carefully dispatched to you. Any items that are received damaged or faulty will qualify for free returns as per our returns policy. If for whatever other reason you would like to return your order you may do so within 30 days, however, as a small business we are unable to carry the cost of these returns.
In order to return your item you only need to have proof of postage, there is no need to use a tracked service, so the returns postage should not be expensive.
