Returns Information

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase!

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unwanted, unworn items to us for an exchange or refund, within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please note that you will be responsible for the postage cost of the return.

Unwanted/Unsuitable Item(s):

  • We ask that you return your items unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Please include your original dispatch note, to enable us to process your return efficiently.
  • Clearly indicate on your dispatch note, if you wish us to refund or exchange your order.
  • If you would like an exchange, please let us know the size and style you would like us to exchange your item(s) for.
  • Securely re-package item(s) being returned, and post to the address below.
  • Remember to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to take responsibility for returned item(s) that are lost in transit.

We aim to process all refund and exchange requests within 3-5 working days of receipt, and you will receive an email to confirm when this has been completed.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Item(s):

We work hard to ensure that our customers are happy with the quality of our products, however on occasions your order may unfortunately fail to meet your expectations. Returns FAQ’s:

I received a Dotty Fish product as a gift and it’s the wrong size, can I exchange it?

Yes, if you have received a Dotty Fish product for your little one as a gift and it’s unsuitable in size or design, please email customerservice@dottyfish.com and we can exchange it for you. Unfortunately refunds can only be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase.

I do not live in the UK, do you have an alternative returns address?

We do have return addresses outside the UK. If sending to one of these addresses, please make sure to write your order number on the outside of your return parcel. Without this information your exchange or refund will be significantly delayed.
