I did not receive a confirmation email. Did my order go though?
We are currently experiencing some technical issues preventing confirmation and dispatch emails from being sent to customers. If you have placed an order, but have not received an email of confirmation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to confirm if your order was successful. Alternatively if you have previously registered as a user, please go to ‘Order History’ within your account area. This will provide you with confirmation on the current status of your orders past and present.
I’ve ordered the wrong size can I exchange them?
If you find that the size of the item(s) you have ordered don’t quite fit, we offer a hassle free exchange. If you do wish to make a return, please contact customer services via email at email@example.com. If you wish to exchange your item(s) we ask that you enclose a note in your parcel stating the design and size that you wish to exchange your item(s) for. Once we have received your return, we will be happy to check available stock and exchange them for a different design or size. Please note that you are responsible for your own postage when returning an order to us.
My shoes haven’t arrived what should i do?
Don’t worry if your shoes haven’t arrived within 14 days let us know and we will contact Royal Mail and file a lost parcel claim and send out another pair to you asap!
