We happily deliver internationally, and are proud to have sent our baby shoes and slippers to over 85 countries across all continents! All our products are sent out in our Dotty Fish paper mailing bags which have our signature Dotty Fish Doodle on them. They are fully bio-degradable, recyclable and reusable. We may need to split your order into more than one parcel but you will not be charged any additional postage if this happens.
Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed using our Standard, Tracked or Economy delivery options within 2 working days of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). You will receive an email from us to confirm when we have dispatched your order.
Next-day Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Express and Fedex Int. orders placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day or the next working day if placed on a weekend. Next-day delivery is only available for orders up to a maximum of 20 items.
All delivery times are estimated business days, from date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?
We know that you want your Dotty Fish order as soon as possible and we do our utmost to get deliveries out quickly and use reputable delivery partners who are able to deliver to your area as quickly as possible. The times above are a guide and occasionally things take a little longer than expected. If your parcel hasn’t turned up within the specified timeframes please give it a couple more days. If it still hasn’t arrived please contact us at email@example.com and we will look into it for you.
Details on Next-day Delivery:
Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL Express and Fedex Int. orders placed before 1pm, will be dispatched the same day. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 1pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday, will not be sent out until the next working day. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day. Both of these services will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the order.
Where can I track my order?
If you have chosen a tracked delivery service, you will receive your tracking number by email after your order has been processed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have not received your tracking information.

Are duties and taxes liable on international orders?
Rest assured all duties and taxes are included in your order total. If your order is above a certain value we may ship in more than one parcel. You will not be charged additional postage for this. If you are notified that money is owed, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will help you resolve the issue.
Who will deliver my parcel?
All orders will be delivered by your local domestic postal service. Our delivery partners process the orders in the UK and deliver them to the relevant countries and then hand the parcel over to local postal services.
Free Shipping on Apple Pay
When using Apple Pay you will need to re-select the shipping method at the payment page. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and have received a coupon code or a free delivery code then please check to make sure you have selected the correct option on Apple Pay before submitting your order. These offers are sent out via our newsletter and are only available to newsletter subscribers.
My country isn’t listed. How do I find out if you ship to me?
At Dotty Fish we happily ship internationally but unfortunately some constraints exist where shipping is not possible in these countries. We continue to work with our delivery partners to ensure we ship to as many countries as we can. We regularly update these so if your country isn’t listed please check back because we may start shipping there in the future.
