Hello from the team at Dotty Fish, we hope you are all staying safe and healthy this year. We wanted to share with you our Covid-19 information and update you on the measures we have put in place to ensure our staff stay safe while still able to deliver your orders. After a careful risk assessment we have opened our warehouse again. The limited number of staff who work there are following the social distance guidelines as set out by the UK government. We what to reassure customers that we are listening to our staff and reviewing the situation regularly as new Covid-19 information becomes available. As a small business we value our staff and their safety is our number one concern.
The rest of the Dotty Fish team will continue to work from home where possible and it is only the essential staff who can’t work from home that are back in the office. Our office space and warehouse is large enough to ensure that more than the recommended 2 meter social distance can be kept at all times. We have hygiene policies in place and enough hand sanitiser and the like for our staff.
