Hello from the team at Dotty Fish, we hope you are all staying safe and healthy. We wanted to update you on the new measures we have put in place to ensure our staff stay safe. We have opened up our warehouse after a careful risk assessment and following the social distance guidelines as set out by the UK government. We what to reassure customers that we are listening to our staff and reviewing the situation regularly.
Our Dotty Fish team will continue to work from home where possible and it is only the essential staff who can’t work from home that are back in the office. Our office space and warehouse is large enough to ensure that more than the recommended 2 meter social distance can be kept at all times. We have hygiene policies in place and enough hand sanitiser and the like for our staff. Over the next few days our full range of shoes and accessories will be once again available to buy from our website.
Our managing director and her family have done an amazing job of fulfilling our order over the last 7 weeks. They are very relieved to have some help with staff returning to work as all our customers have been amazing at supporting our small business during this strange time. They have kept our business running and really do give new meaning to ‘family run business’!
All members of our Dotty Fish team are still being looked after and we have not had to lose any members of our staff.

All UK orders are currently being sent on a Royal Mail 48 service and our estimated delivery time is currently 4 – 10 working days. (We know that this is longer than usual and your patience is much appreciated)
In order to provide the best service possible at this time, orders are being processed everyday, and are collected by Royal Mail five times a week. Please note that all delivery estimates are from the time your order is handed over to Royal Mail, which may be 1 – 2 days after you receive your order dispatch email.
Most of our parcels fit through the letterbox but if you need to leave special delivery instructions please do so on the notes section at checkout.
We are pleased to still be sending out parcels internationally however we are facing challenges in delivering to some countries outside the UK. You can find the most up to date International information in the table below.
Our international deliveries are shipped with DHL Global Mail on a priority service. A tracked service is also available for selected countries at checkout. DHL Global Mail are collecting orders most week days.

We appreciate that nothing is normal at the moment and we do not want people trying to get to a post office in order to return parcels and putting themselves and others at risk. We have extended our returns period to cover this time. Please let customer services know as soon as possible when you have an issue and they will advise you of what to do next.
